Inspired by his daughter Nicole, entrepreneur Jack Penrod introduced the world to Nikki Beach, the first and original luxury beach club concept that combines the elements of music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film and art into one.
Today Nikki Beach has a 11 beach clubs, 5 hotels and resorts, a fashion division, special events, and Nikki Cares, a non-profit charity. You’ll find Nikki Beach Resorts in all the best locations - Miami Beach, Saint Tropez, Saint Barth, Caribbean, Marbella, Koh Samui, Mallorca, Ibiza, Monte Carlo, Dubai, Costa Smeralda and Tivat, Montenegro (some locations are resorts, others are beach club / restaurants only). Every year, Nikki Beach has a pop-up location during the Cannes International Film Festival in France and a summer-long pop-up lounge at the Waterfront in Porto Cervo, Italy and a new hotel is opening in Muscat, Oman in 2024

Nikki Beach marches to its own drummer. In fact, they set the beat with their signature entertainment program, featuring live performers, aerialists, burlesque dancers and so much more. Their theme parties have become legendary, too. Each year, Nikki Beach hosts a fabulous White Party at the beginning of the season, as well as a closing Red Party at the conclusion of the summer.
Nikki Beach’s globally-inspired menu exemplifies the flavors found at all of their locations, with an emphasis on freshly prepared seafood, healthful salads, shared plates and farm-to-table cooking. There’s also an extensive sushi and raw bar menu. And it would be remiss of me not to shout-out their Amazing Sundays Brunch, a decadent feast with live cooking stations and upbeat entertainment.
