Travel As An Insider
By joining this platform you can become your own travel agent and receive the commission that's built into the price on all the travel bookings you’re already making. Did you know that every time you book travel through an online booking site, a travel agent, or direct with a hotel or supplier, a commission of between 8% and 20% is automatically incorportaed into the price? This platform enables you to become an Independent Travel Agent, so that you receive that commission, rather than a middleman.
Think of all the travel you did last year, or that you plan to do this year and calculate 10% of the value, and this gives you a good idea of what you could be earning back. Even more so if you’re the designated travel booker for family and friends, because this platform also enables you to earn from booking travel for others.
Perhaps you’d love a flexible side hustle you can do from home, or perhaps you’d love to be a full-time travel business owner? With this, you can book as much or as little travel as you like - so you can simply book your annual family holiday, or book for family and friends, or launch a fully-fledged independent travel agency, it’s your business and how you use it is up to you.

What are the main benefits?
This is a ready-to-go independent travel agency - you’ll have access to an amazing amount of resources, including support, training, suppliers, a website, administration and your IATA license, which enables you to book anywhere in the world, plus your ATOL and ABTA protection.
There are no targets and or pressure - this is your business and you can use it to suit you! You can book as much or as little travel as you like. Some people make it a full-time career, others book now and again in their free time. There are no requirements to book anything.
Access to agent rates - preferential rates, savings on our personal travel, rewards and fantastic, established supplier relationships.
There is no contract - you’re not tied into anything. It works on a rolling monthly subscription basis, which you can cancel at any time easily and with immediate effect.
No travel experience is necessary - you can get started straight away, all training is provided and you have access to a huge library of optional training if you love to learn! You can even become a specialist - a Disney, or a cruise expert for example.
It’s your own business, but you’re never on your own - if you want it there is a hugely supportive community available to you through social media and What’sApp - likeminded (mostly) mums who share tips and recommendations and cheer each other on in life and business (and all of us love a good holiday!). As with the other resources its a dip in and dip out as much as you like to suit wherever you’re at with using the platform.
Do I have to book travel for others?
No, you can use this platform just to book your one family holiday a year if you wish and access our exclusive systems and rates to do so. Or you can book for your entire network and build a business. There are no targets and no pressure, you use this to suit you. It’s your independent business and it really is entirely up to you!
What can I use it to book?
When you join, you get access to an IATA licence meaning you can book and sell holidays. You can use all of our preferred partners to make bookings (over 80+ including household names such as Mr + Mrs Smith, Royal Caribbean, Inghams, Virgin Voyages, P&O, Disney, Olympic, Santa’s Lapland, Club Med and Ocean Holidays, in addition to many B2B only suppliers), or directly contact any hotel or tourism company worldwide - this includes package holidays, hotels & resorts, flights, activities, tickets and all the holiday extras such as airport parking, car hire, travel insurance and much more!
How much does it cost?
There is a one-off payment of £142 for your IATA Licence and set-up which allows you to book and sell travel as an Independent Travel Agent in the UK. There is also a subscription of £32 per month (which starts from Month 2) which covers the cost of everything else - all the back office support, ATOL and ABTA, access to suppliers booking engines, optional training, support and much more.
What if I change my mind?
There is no contract meaning that you can leave at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days you get a full refund of the £142 so you can join with confidence and road-test it for a month to be sure it’s right for you. Thereafter if you wish to cancel you can do so at any time and your subscription payment ends with immediate effect (no notice period is required).
I have a full-time job, will this work for me?
Most of the team work this around busy full-time jobs, as teachers, lawyers, dentists, nurses, entrepreneurs, PTs, office workers and more. There are no targets or quotas so you can just use it as and when you have time or when you want to book a trip. If you want to grow a full-time travel business we’re here to support you reach ambitions too.
How soon can I get started?
There is some mandatory training (covering GDPR, ATOL & ABTA) that is required to use your licence to start booking. This takes around an hour and a half online in total to complete. We also have a step by step guide to get you off to the best start. Optional training on how to use our suppliers, destinations and how to grow your business are all available online for you to watch at your leisure or when you need them. I usually say a good couple of evenings of study and you’ll be ready to go! You can then tailor further training to suit your particular areas of interest at your own pace, for example if you want to specialise in a particular type of holiday (e.d. Disney, honeymoons or skiing) or a destination (e.g. Maldives).
It sounds too good to be true?
I thought exactly the same before joining - I initially joined just to save on my own travel back in February 2022 and I wouldn’t be sharing it with my Bright New Things clients if I wasn’t completely confident in just how amazing it is! Just like other subscription models (eg Netflix), you are simply paying to have access to a product, in this case, your own travel booking systems and like most jobs, this too has its unique benefits - and unlike Netflix and other subscriptions, this one actually SAVES and EARNS you money - it really is as good as it seems!
